If the homes are within city limits and are 100 years old, the organization presents the owner with a plaque denoting its status. Historic Greek Revivals, Italianate and Tudors range in price from $200,000 to as much as $850,000. The oldest home in the city is dated 1835. There are many newly built homes as well. A standard vinyl two-story home is $400,000 to $600,000. Some split-levels and ranch-styles homes can sell from about $200,000 to about $500,000.
